Managing comments and feedback

This article illustrates how we can play with “Comment / Feedback” option of a site to get visitor more engaged to your site.  The “Comment” module resides under Admin => Modules => Comment Manager shown below: 

This module allows you to add, edit and delete the customer feedbacks and publish for public viewing.  It is particularly handy that prevents publishing un-wanted feedback or spamming because it requires admin approval before it become available to public. You may also remove the comment for certain modules as shown below: 


The following image shows, how to turn the comment option off / on based on the module according to your likings.  Furthermore it also allows you to publish or un-publish the comment feature based of modules e.g news, article or galleries etc.
